"Congratulations to the Rotary Club of Central Melbourne Sunrise [now Rotary Central Melbourne] on receiving a 2014-15 Significant Achievement Award from Rotary International. A district governor may nominate only one eligible club from his or her district for the award which recognises a club project that has addressed a significant problem or need in the local community and involved the club’s members in personal rather than monetary service.
